I missed my last period and today is day 6 that it is late. I have been very constipated, nausea, headaches, lower back and abdominal pain, been urinating alot more often and eating more often.I took 4 tests and they all came back negative. Could I still be pregnant?

Hello! Welcome on eHealth forum and hope you find a satisfactory answer to your query!

Well, symptom wise—“very constipated, nausea, headaches, lower back and abdominal pain, been urinating a lot more often and eating more often” it does sound like pregnancy. However, menstrual cycle can delay by 7-10 days once in a while for no reason. On the other hand at times pregnancy test comes positive a bit late due to slower rise of HCG or late ovulation. So, please wait for another 2-3 days and then take a blood HCG estimation test if you do not get periods. Hope this helps. Take care!
