Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

It could be Varicocele, benign tumor or normal cord structures. A urological examination and subsequently an Ultrasound can be advised to look for any suspicious lump. The exam should also include lymph node exam. Blood counts, metabolic profile and urinalysis should also be advised.

Wishing you best of health

Thanks

It sounds like it is probably within the range of normal male anatomy in that the epididymis has a head and tail larger than the middle portion of that organ's body. It can also be the appendix testis, a residual left over bit of undeveloped female organ that is unused and undeveloped in all males and is simply left over from the embryonic development stage of a male fetus.

Just have a Dr. take a look at it.

Or simply just compare with another male you trust to see if he has the same things on his testicles. If he has the same things on his testicles, its most likely all normal. You wouldn't be at all likely to both have a tumor or cancer or illness in exactly the same places and of the same sizes on your testis or anywhere else.

Buddy care and simply comparing your own anatomy with other males can quickly answer a lot of these anatomy questions, and so many of the "am I normal?" concerns of men and boys, without a Dr.s office visit and exam.

But just remember that males can and do vary a lot in anatomy, so if you are differently built when comparing, don't panic. Just research that part of male anatomy on the internet, in online photos, or see a Dr. or just compare again with some more males and see if they are built like you or not. Good Luck.

i am 20 years old boy, 7 days before i was operated for Testicular cancer.I am getting discharge today evening , But my family physician don't allow me to wear any under garments for 1 year. But how can i stay whole day nude in home and further how can i sleep naked in front of mom and dad. I cannot share my sister's bed room. I am totally nervous now In my home we had 2 elder sisters and mom - dad and one maid. That means i will not go out of my room. When i ask all this things to my dad and mom they reply that don't worry and reply all our family members seen me nude in hospital. It was really embarrassing moments in my life.I don't understand what to do now. I am going active erection program after 10 days. At this age it was really embarrassing to show my penis to our family physician in front of nurses too. Please help me.
