Teffified of throw up, missing life.

i'm TERRIFIED of seeing people throw up, throwing up in public and hearing about people throwing up. i don't even know if i am sick sometimes cuz i get so scared that i tell my parents i feel sick so that i don't have to go places like school or dance class. i am missing out on so much like choir performances, dance class and even the first day of school and more :( i cry everyday about it and i don't want my parents to know cuz they definetly won't understand and they would never take me to a therapist cuz they don't believe that stuff. i'm only 13 and this is ruining my life like CRAZY! today a kid pucked at school and i cried and kept shaking and know i think i will get sick :( HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

What you are suffering from is a phobia or fear called Ematophobia. This is a fear related to vomiting. This is an irrational fear and often has no cause behind it. Psychotherapy and counseling helps and you should go for this. Hope this helps. Take care!
