Talus Bone Graft would 2 wks make such a difference?

I would be extremely grateful for any advice; I had surgery to replace my talus dome, using a cadaver bone. At the six week mark, the cadaver bone had not fused and I'm now waiting for the eight-week x-ray. I am very worried and would like to know if two weeks would make such a difference in the fusing of the bone. Thank you.
