taking prenatal vitamins for 3 months and still no luck?

Rolling Eyes My name is Sandra. I am 20 years old and me and my fiance have been trying to have a baby about 8 months now. I have been taking prenatal vitamins for about 3 months and still no luck. Everyone around me is having babies and i feel like i am going crazy. I want it so bad sometimes that i stressed myself out and delayed my period last month. I thought i was pregnant but my period came 2 weeks after i was supposed to get it. I'm 5'9 and i weigh 150 pounds, I eat pretty good and sometimes ill go out to eat. Please help me. I don't have insurance and am having trouble trying to get it. Thank you, patiently waiting...

A lot of couples are successful as soon as they stop trying so hard. Seems like stress has a big part to play. You have to remember to have sex for fun as well, not just to try for a baby. Baby making sex becomes pretty boring pretty quickly. Targeting baby making sex for the time around your ovulation is also good. You can learn to recognize your own fertility signals. Look at the very good and free tutorial on fertilityfriend (dot com).

Your partner is also part of the process so he must also look after his life style, just like you do. (loose undies and pants, no hot baths or any excessive heat around his testicles, no masturbation during your fertile week, an ejaculation just before your fertile week to get fresh sperm ready, etc.)

Infertility issues will only be looked at after trying for 12 months.

Other advice that are often given:

* Stick with missionary for making a baby
* Beware what lubricant you use. Most lubes trap the sperm and make it difficult for thm to swim. Use something like Preseed.
* Lie on your back with your hips raised for about 15 minutes after he ejaculates to allow the semen to liquify and the sperm to escape.
* It might help to get an orgasm close to his (45 seconds either sides). This is not definitive but it is proven that it helps his semen travel faster and better.
* If low serm count in your partner is suspected, move sex to once every 2 days, not every day.

Best of luck with TTC.

try sex with someone else maybe that will help. Tell someone to get you pregnant and stay with your current partner. Maybe your partner does not know how to make babies. it happens... Smile.

its not your fault it might be problem with your partner maybe he shoots blanks inside you . maybe he is still not ready for baby. Talk to him more maybe while he is having sex with you he thinks about someone else that might be a huge issue as well.also one big mistake that people do , ;; dont try make baby by anal sex... insert his privet into your vagina.
