Hello and Welcome

I appreciate your concern

The history includes metformin use which may indicate PCOS or diabetes. Infertility meds can only be considered when there is failure of conception despite one year of unprotected intercourse. Entry pain could be due to vaginal dryness , vaginismus or an infection. Deep pain can occur with endometriosis, pelvic inflammatory disease, uterine prolapse, retroverted uterus, uterine fibroids, cystitis, irritable bowel syndrome, hemorrhoids and ovarian cysts. Please get an evaluation from your gynecologist to narrow down the problem. Psychiatric issues could also be a cause. You may initially use lubricants or initial clitoral stimulation before intercourse.

wishing you best of health
