T5-T6 herniation/bone spur impression on spinal cord

Chronic thoracic pain, coming through chest. MRI show t5/T6 disc buldge, small bone spur light impression (anterior) on spinal cord. Muliti level mild degenerative disc disease. Neurosurgeon says no major neurological symptoms, just watch. Concern is, new symptoms : lower legs tingling. Should I worry? Anyone has similar injury?

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Its very common in old age. Paraneoplastic syndrome should be ruled out. Conservative strategy is best in this situation.
