No way! Sperm do not travel through multiple layers of clothing. Mouth kissing is not related to pregnancy. Also the last day of your period is not in the fertile window, cycle days 8 thru 16 of 28. Fresh semen/sperm have to get directly into your vagina during the fertile window for pregnancy to occur.

Its okay now i think because Im very stressed about the pregnancy possibility which affects it and my stomach feals so contracting where i feel all i have to do is vomiting. I know its too soon to do a pregnancy test but i did it turns negative i was relieved a little bit and its been better since. Does stress also cause back pain, constipation and increased heartbeat?? Or its early symptoms of pregnancyy im really scared!!!

Hello and welcome to e health forum.

FYI, Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina, and when the woman is within the fertile period of your cycle. This period is from day 12 to day 16 of a 28 day menstrual cycle.

In addition, Pregnancy can occur, only when ejaculation occurs within the vagina. Normally during sex, when ejaculation occurs inside the vagina, about 3 ml of semen (with upto 60 million sperms per ml) is deposited inside the vagina, and most of it is ejected (pushed deep) into the uterus, through the cervix. But only thousands of capacitated sperms enter the fallopian tube and only 300-500 reach the ovum, and only one of those sperms can fertilize the ovum.

Dry humping (sexual foreplay with cloths on), Genital rubbing or Mutual masturbation - including vaginal fingering , hugging or foreplay without involving vaginal penetration & ejaculation does not result in pregnancy.

In your case, since there was no ejaculation inside the vagina, there was no risk of pregnancy and you need not worry about pregnancy.

So sorry you are obsessing about the possibility of pregnancy. Nothing you have said suggests you could be pregnant. The stress alone can delay your period and upset your hormones. I guess you could run more pregnancy tests at one week intervals if that will relieve the stress a bit.

If your previous cycles were regular and without any variation, and the current change has occurred for the first time, then it is likely that stress or anxiety could be the cause of your cycle changes.

Stress certainly plays a role in suppressing the functioning of the hypothalamus, which controls the pituitary gland — the body's master gland — which, in turn, controls the thyroid and adrenal glands and the ovaries; they all work together to manage hormones. Any change in the hormonal equilibrium can hence affect the menstrual cycle.

Other common causes for a missed or irregular cycles can be - Severe anxiety, acute infections, acute weight changes, eating disorders (Bulemia), Athletes (Rigorous exercise), conditions like ovarian cysts (with irregular cycles), Hormonal conditions (Eg Dysfunctional uterine bleeding) and hypothyroidism.

In most women who miss a cycle due to such issues, it is likely that they might get their next cycle as per their scheduled time. But if the cycles are missed consecutively then it would be necessary to get evaluated.

If you have any doubts, it may help if you consult your doctor or your OB-GYN for proper advice.

I hope this helps.
