syptoms of conception?

I don't know if this goes here or where it goesI've been trying to conceive for awhile now yesterday I had cramps, oddly enough really bad sinus congestion after taking my flonase , a little bit of yellow discharge and my gums ended up bleeding on 7 dpo. today I went to the bathroom this morning and had a spot of light pink discharge not much at all and my cervix is high when i know after ovulation it's low (mainly because I can feel when the DH) hits it. Give or take I never had to go to the bathroom really bad when I BD. I heard all these can be syptoms of conception. I didn't think symptoms could show this early. I'm really confused.

Hello and welcome to eHealth forum!

It is very difficult to predict pregnancy this early. Post ovulation (again this a time when you can spot) the implantation occurs 3-4 days later and 5-6 days after that the symptoms of pregnancy can start—on an average about 5 days before the next due date. However, it is best to wait until the due date and then test. Hope this helps. Take care!
