The dizzy spells or the passing out episodes described can be probably due to -

1. Dehydration or electrolyte imbalance -

2. Low blood sugar -

3, Low blood pressure

4. Anemia - A few blood test will rule out this condition.

5. metabolic disorders

6. Benign Positional vertigo or vestibulitis

7. Autonomic neuropathy

Dizziness without any other symptoms of weakness or complete paralysis of the limbs, Inability to speak or change of voice, etc could be due to treatable causes and not due to serious neurological conditions like Stroke.

It would be recommended that you consult a neurologist or a cardiologist and seek a proper medical opinion.

I hope this helps.
