Asymmetry of the face is actually quite common. Most of it comes from facial expressions the person is in the habit of holding.

However, if it is very asymmetrical, a disorder called Bell's palsy can affect the face. However, it usually affects the ability to blink, smile, frown, etc, and also has decreased sensation.

It you are concerned, you should see a neurologist for evaluation.

Good luck.
