Do you think im schizophrenic?

I dont know what 2 do. I dont know if i should tell people or keep it 2 myself so they wont think im crazy.
I always feel like im being watched or stared at by people when im walking alone
I sometimes think someone/something [removed by admin] following me when im in the darkness alone
I always "talk to myself" pretend im someone else or someone i know and have conversations with myself inside my head. occasionally i get so distracted talking 2 myself that i start talking out loud
I sometimes feel UNEMOTIONAL like I dont care about anyone or anything and sometimes i feel like crying but instead i just start laughing or just get in a better mood all of a sudden
i sometimes feel possesed
i sometimes feel really happy and peaceful 4 noreason
I have only one friend (which i barely talk to anymore)
I told my ex about how i felt at 1st he was understanding about it but he told me another day that he didnt believe i had that. that it was all in my head..

Thank you for your question on

You seem to be having paranoia, auditory hallucinations and labile emotions. These symptoms are not normal and they are common to many psychotic conditions. It requires more thorough peep into your history, symptoms, signs, general health and family history. Swinging moods of elation to depression are not normal. Obviously this needs a thorough work up by a psychiatrist. It is in the best interest that you see a psychiatrist immediately. Thank you.
