Symptoms of pregnancy but negative tests

my cycle is of 29-30 days and is always on time. i am married since 3 years and we are planning for a baby. my last period was 13th jan and next was due on 11th feb but it was late by 4 days and landed up on 15th feb. but it was not a normal one. had a very thin red blood no clots. and hardly anything on the pad. red blood only while i used the loo. now feeling very tired, left abdomen pain, feel very hungry after every 2 hours. but dont feel like eating. headache, and 2 negative pregnancy tests. pls help me about what symptoms can these be exactly

Sometimes periods can be irregular and may be scanty or light. What you are experiencing is an irregular period.

If you are apprehensive regarding the status of your pregnancy you can get it checked. The test can be positive anywhere from about 2-3 days prior to a missed menses to 4-5 days after, but usually it should be done 7-10 days past your missed period.
