Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you were sexually active within first 3-4 weeks after getting the Depo shot, chances of pregnancy cannot be ruled out. It is also not uncommon to find women getting pregnant while they are on hormonal birth control. Your symptoms (increased vaginal discharge, spotting) could be suggestive of pregnancy. Look out for development of any other new symptoms suggestive of early pregnancy. If you are having symptoms suggestive of pregnancy, or if you suspect to be pregnant, visit your doctor/gynecologist at the earliest for further examination (to confirm pregnancy related changes/signs in body) and blood/serum HCG level test (to confirm/rule out pregnancy accurately). Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. Avoid any heavy work. Avoid having intercourse during first trimester. Avoid lifting heavy objects and climbing stairs or standing for long periods.
Take care.
