Symptoms of chronic fatigue -- poor concentration

I have been soooo tired for a long time, with headaches, nausea, irritable and moody, poor concentration, grinding teeth, dizziness, low libido, weight loss. This has been going on for about a year with some days better than others! Have you got any advice for me??????

Thanks for using this forum...

Adrenal fatigue basically means lack of hormones which drive our activities...If steroids/cortcoids are not helping then it needs evaluation from an endocrinologist ...If you are anemic then start taking iron supplements..Fruits,nuts,fresh fruits have vitamins which can make you feel healthy...
