I have had a swollen lymph node on the side of my left neck for three months. It has gotten bigger. Now I have left jaw and ear pain that won't go away. Also, the left side of the inside of my mouth is starting to hurt and I've noticed an abnormal chamge in the tissue of my left retromolar pad. Kind of a fleshy growth of tissue. I am very worried this might be something cancerous!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
This could be cancerous or benign growth.
I would suggest you to have excisional biopsy of the lymph node if bigger than 2cm.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
