Welcome to ehealthforum and thanks for writing

Vaginal swelling with pain is mostly associated with sexual activity , deep penetration, rough sex and masturbation with a sharp object.
However , when this happens, in most cases, you have an additional condition that is producing the bruising like :
1- The presence of an internal cervical mass

2- A sexually Transmittable Disease.

3-Vigorous sex , specially when sexual toys are used.

4-Fungal infection.

5-Urinray tract infections.

6- Hormonal problems ,like Thyroid Gland Disorders.

If the symptoms persist then consider visiting a Gynaecologist for evaluation. Avoid rough intercourse and use enough lubrication during any contact.

Take care!
