switched from nexaplanon to the pill

I switched from my nexaplanon, to the pill the 18th, I started taking the pill the same day I had my nexaplanon removed. I have recently realized my fiance and I had unprotected sex a few times in the weeks before removal, should I be worried that I might be pregnant?

You will be protected for few weeks even after Nexplanon removal irrespective of the fact that you are now on the pills. The remnant hormones stays for few weeks and helps to protect against pregnancy even after the removal. So, as you can see, just relax. There is no such risk.
