suffering from over masturbation and willing to recover from it

I'm masturbating from my age of 11 and now i'm in my 21. At first I'm doing it once in two weeks or less. But as time progresses I masturbate at a minimum rate ot 3 to 5 times a day. I'm very ashamed of doing so, because its not a moral one. Also I feel some symptoms of over masturbating like thinning and falling of hair, increase in body temperature, acne on face and shoulders, getting very tired few hours after waking up in the morning, passiveness etc.., Even though I know that masturbating erodes my health, I can't able to stop doing it. I watch more porn pictures because of lack of self control. please help me to come out of this situation and please tell me some remedies to over come the effect of over masturbating
Thanking you

I've never heard of those symptoms from over masturbation...Really? #1, stop porn for awhile, and slowly limit yourself, You will get back to a normal rate soon enough. In the meantime concentrate on finding a relationship.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. Masturbation is normal. every body does. Keeping its pace to once or twice a week for bachelors is advised. More than that affects. Cognitive behavioural therapy helps. Psychotherapist will take care of it.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
