suddenly my hands and legs go numb.

I can't understand why I will just be at work and all of a sudden my hands and legs go numb. I feel like im dying. It feels harder to move. Anyone else have this and what can help with it

Hey winks

This is serious, for how long do you feel that immobility and the numbness? This can be seizure or anxiety attack. You should immediately have yourself checked by a clinician. Also tell your coworkers about your situation so they would know what to do whenever you had one of this attacks.

I went through your query and i want you to know that its anxiety. You need anxiolytics and supportive care. Get a psychotherapist and psychiatrist for help.
