sudden Intracranial Pressure on skull and brain

For the past 4 months I've had chronic breathlessness, but for the past 3 days I suddenly felt pressure on my skull and brain to the point where I struggle to focus, concentrate or see with perfect clarity.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on? Any response would be appreciated.

The cause of breathlessness should be determined. Taking this into consideration pulse oxymetry should be done to look for possible hypoxia. Low oxygenation can lead to CNS symptoms
