When I got home from working out, after taking a shower (during that entire time I felt perfectly fine),I laid down on my bed, and almost immediately felt a strong throbbing in the middle of my chest. It was not painful, but I did feel pressure and weakness. This lasted for a few seconds, I took a deep breath and it was mostly gone, but I took in a few more deep breaths and I felt ok once again. The problem is, I'm scared. I'm 18 years old and live a reasonably healthy lifestyle. Do I have reason to be worried? Also, what could've caused this feeling? Thanks in advance.

I read your question and i understand your concern. Such discomforts in chest after working out is fine and likely due to muscle spasm , just take some tylenol and rest and dont strain your body too much. It shall be alright.
