Studies covering amount of Physical Activity relative to Age.


I'm looking for information about the amount of exercise people who are naturally on a Mediterranean Diet were getting before they reached old age.

I understand that the other factors, Diet, Environment, Social & Family Unity, do not change. But does the research show that someone on one of these Islands who is in their early twenties has the same amount of daily physical activity as someone who is over eighty?

I am turning 50 this year so that is the age group I am most interested in. But, any resources/information covering this part of the Lifestyle would be greatly appreciated.
