Are these Stroke sign?

I am being noticed from last 2-months, Headache suddenly occurs numbness on jawbone and stop speaking during jawbone numbness also. pls. advice

Thank you for your question. Anatomically and physiologically sensation in a jawbone and speech are not connected. So, a stroke in a particular area of the brain can not produce these two symptoms together without causing a bunch of other symptoms. Neurological evaluation is recommended for a precise diagnosis.
