Stress causing swallowing difficulty ?

I was fraid pf breast cancer then colon cancer,so i had stress for ampost two months, since then i started to feel something is stuck in my throat,the problem is that i only find it hard to swallow only my salaiva,there is no problem with foid and water,i am feeling like i am the only one in the world have this,i had all the medical tests and were normal,they told me kt might be vecause i had stress for along time
Now it causes me the stress and cant stop thinking about it,is it related to health or cancer?

If you have been examined by your doctor and everything has been found to be normal, then there is no reason for you to worry about cancer.

The most likely issue in your case is severe anxiety or abnormal obsession that you have cancer.

It would be highly recommended that you consult a psychiatrist and seek appropriate counselling and behavior therapy which may help you manage your anxiety.
