What is the best workout routine for strength?

Well, I don’t work out daily usually 2 to 3 times a week following a weightlifting project, although I stay inactive recovery stay physically active every day. My workout plan consists of Olympic weightlifting and Powerlifting. At the center on my barbell training, the barbell squats, deadlifts, overhead pressing used for general strength training.
