Strange feeling in buttocks and HOCD

Hi there!

I am 18-year-old boy who has suffered from HOCD.

When did this start?
About 2-3 months ago I had a dream. In the dream, I saw myself having sex with same-sex friend. I was very scared. And I didn't know what to do. I researched on the internet about homosexuality but this way caused me to feel very bad. But, I didn't stopped and continued researching. I found few forums talking about HOCD. The conversations in the forums helped me out a lot to overcome HOCD. But I could't get rid of that disease completely.

So, While I was reasearching I came across an article which belongs to Freud. Article was mentioning that Homosexual men enjoy from their anus. After reading this I suspected. And I started feeling a strange feeling in the buttocks or in the area of anus. Especially, When I start thinking about homosexuality It begins and disturbs me. Do you do it? Of course, NO! NO! NO! I found on the internet this is groinal response. This made me feel comfortable a litte but still I don't know what TO DO!
Note: This feeling is not enjoyable.
Please help me out!

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and I understand your concern.
I would suggest you to consult surgeon for PR examination. If it was fine then start anxiolytic like propanolol.
I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
Take care
