Stopping return of bulemia

I am a sufferer of Bulimia but last year I received treatment, and I felt that I was better. Lately I realised I had put on half a stone, and since then I have had a comment from my Granny about my tum and the weight I've put on. This was on Sunday, since then I haven't been able to stop eating! I'm so scared of purging all this food, I'm so unhappy. What will I do?

Hey Topaz!

I agree with Caroline! Focus on yourself. Try a healthy diet and start exercising (30 minutes to an hour per day) This should get you to a healthy weight.

And for all you know, your Granny may have just mentioned your tum because she's happy you've put on weight. Smile
