Hi welcome to ehealth forum, I have read your query and would like to help;

First of all I congratulate you on quitting smoking this is one of the major milestones towards your healthier lifestyle. 24 hours after your last cigarette your chances of having a heart attack have already decreased. You’ll start to breath more easily within 3 days!
Several herbal teas and foods can detoxify lungs like onions, garlic, ginger, green tea, lentils etc. I’ll give a quick recipe.
Boil 1 litre of water in a pot and add ginger root and onions and 2 tablespoons of turmeric and let them boil then add honey to enhance taste and drink it twice a day.
Best wishes,
Dr. Khalil

The craving for “just one drag” is tough. Nicotine replacement therapy can curb these urges. Studies show that nicotine gum, lozenges, and patches improve your chances of success when you're also in a quit-smoking program.
