Hello what type of disease am I having - constant stomach infection, bacterial overgrowth and stools that are white green and black. A lot of upper and lower abdomen pain- bright green and yellow colored stones and floating stool sometimes not formed at all

Your issues could be due to indigestion or Gastric reflux disorder.

Indigestion usually presents as a feeling of fullness during a meal, uncomfortable fullness after a meal, and burning or pain in the upper abdomen. Most cases of indigestion in healthy and young teenagers or adults is called functional indigestion, caused by abnormal gastrointestinal motility as it receives, digests, and moves food into the small intestine.

Foods that can help to improve your symptoms include
1. fruits such as pears, oranges, sweet limes, watermelons, cantaloupes etc
2. MILK products like - yoghurt and cottage cheese
3. Non Vegetarian food products - include - lean cuts of meat, white meat from chicken and turkey, and seafoods

Foods that need to be avoided include -

1. alcoholic beverages, caffeinated drinks, carbonated water, and deserts high in sugar and white flour
2. Foods prepared from white flour, like puddings, breads, bagels and pretzels also should be avoided.
3. vegetables such as broccoli, cabbage, all kinds of beans and legumes, full fat milk, onions and green peas should be avoided.
4. Nonvegetarian foods to be avoided include -- cured meats and high fat meat products such as sausages, salami, ham, bacon, and cold cuts ; Red meats like beef, lamb, and venison - should be less in your meals
5. Seasonings such as onion, garlic, clove, and cinnamon may irritate your stomach lining and worsen the symptoms due to gastritis


You can try to get relief form your symptoms by:-
1. eating several small, low-fat meals throughout the day at a slow pace. Having proper and regular timings for having your food is also essential.
2. refraining from smoking
3. abstaining from consuming coffee, carbonated beverages, and alcohol
4. stopping use of medications that may irritate the stomach lining—such as aspirin or anti-inflammatory drugs
5. getting enough rest and sleep.
6. finding ways to decrease emotional and physical stress, such as relaxation therapy or yoga.

In case your symptoms are severe and not subsiding, consulting your doctor for proper help and treatment would be advisable.
