I have been experiencing severe nausea, abdominal pain, frequent bowel movements normal in inconsistently, for several months. I have had slight elevation in pancreatic enzymes. Could this be chronic pancreatis?

Hello and welcome to EHF !

I went through your query and i think it could be commoner cause of gastric discomfort or IBS however possibility of pancreatitis needs to be ruled out and further work up needs to be done.
