Welcome to ehealthforum.
Having mild abdominal cramps is considered common in pregnancy. However if it has been increasing in intensity and associated with bleeding and low back pain, then do not delay in visiting your gynecologist for a thorough check to rule out chances of probable impending miscarriage.
Take care.
