Welcome to ehealthforum

Stomach hardness can be due to gall bladder, intestinal bowel disease, irrttable disease etc.It has also to be corelated with other symptoms if present as nausea, weight loss, decreased appetite, fever, pain etc.
If it does not subside on its own and is present along with other symptoms then consider visiting a Physician for evaluation.

Take Care!
