I went down on a female and noted that day I was having sore throat. I was concerned I might have clamida and gonorrhea. I did have protected sex with condom. I went to MD and got a Z-pack. A day after being on antibiotics I had sex. There was no kissing involved and I didn't do thing that involved my mouth. My question is if I have clamida or gonorrhea just in throat, can I pass that genitally? Seems like strange question, I should have just abstained for a week.

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. If chlamydia and gonorrhea was diagnosed, antibiotics will take care of that. Get tested for the peace of mind though its highly unlikely to be infected.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
