Starting solids..? help

I’m kind of stressed out with starting solids. I just need to know I’m doing fine. My Lo is 6 months and I started with banana. What do you think?

I am not an expert but if your baby is fine with it I guess it is ok.

You baby will let you know if you do too much too soon by complaining of belly-ache and possibly producing unnatural looking excreta.

If you are eating the bland but balanced diet you should be eating if you are breast feeding there is no need to bother with baby food; just pure a little of what you eat and let your baby see you do it.
That way you have a better chance of producing a little person who actually likes to eat a good diet with fewer fads and fancies.
