Need to know what to do now...I'm scared of the results and now I've gotten a herniation. I've been through pain management, shits, physical therapy, decompression, etc. My results show Bilateral neural encroachment at L5-S1. There is impingement upon the bilateral S1 nerve root. Disk bulge and midline superimposed posterior disk herniation radial tear at L5-S1. Disk bulge at L2-3, L3-4, L4-5. There is a bilateral facet hypertrophy at this level. My chiro wants to start decompression again but I'm scared of things getting worse if I don't the right actions soon.

Please help
Heather A.

Back Pain Answer A48260
Thank you for asking
It's not a chiropractic job any more you need an orthopaedic spine specialist to take care from now on.nerve entrapment not responding to conservative management needs to be considered for interventions like spinal decompressive surgeries and epidural steroid injection and laminectomies.chemonucleolysis, microdissection etc.seek a spine specialist for further management.
