I am around 6 weeks pregnant and I am starting to hate being pregnant. I was excited at first but everytime I turn around this baby is causing me pain. Before I got pregnant I was on medicine for Bipolar Disorder and Manic Depression. They took me off because I am a high risk pregnancy. I married so my husband tries to make my feel better but he doesn't understand. I am having bleeding and clotting now but when I go to the hospital they tell me not to worry because my cervix isn't open. I am tired of wondering if my baby will make it or not. I am starting to hate it. I don't want to feel this way. I feel like a horrible person for feeling this way I don't know what to do

Welcome to ehealthforum,
During pregnancy women can feel depressive symptoms. If you are having spotting and clots, then you should consider getting serial HCG levels tested. Doubling up of the hormone levels in 48-72 hours will show that pregnancy is going on smoothly. If levels are not adequate (and if bleeding is under control), then external hormonal supplements should be considered to be started to help you in preventing miscarriage/threatened abortion. An ultrasound scan done would also help in confirming fetal wellbeing and viability. Discuss about your depressive symptoms with your gynecologist and get started on safer antidepressants to control your symptoms (if needed). Avoid any heavy work. Avoid lifting heavy objects or climbing stairs or standing for long periods of time. Look out for early signs like bleeding/spotting, increasing intensity of abdominal cramps and back pain etc. Be in regular monitoring and follow-up with your treating doctor/gynecologist and report any unusual/new/abnormal symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet. All the best.
Take care.

Thank you for your response. Unfortunately I had a m/c. This really hurt me and my dh. We wanted to know how long should we wait before trying again. The m/c was completely natural and my body completely cleared out everything. My cervix is now completely closed and we are anxious to try again.
