I had my period on September 10-15, on the 17 my partner I had unprotected sex. I been on the birth control implant for 3 years now next year will be my last year on it . I been having unsual spottings since the 21st on September they come and go and I'm not sure what to think what it is .

I read your question and I understand your concern.
Implant is a very effective mode of birth control methods and if you are having it,do not worry about getting pregnant.However,spotting is not unusual while either you are on implant or you are stressed.Just wait.Spotting will be reduced very soon.
