Welcome to ehealthforum.
The spotting in between and the bleeding after intercourse could indicate possibilities of pregnancy.
Report to your healthcare provider/gynecologist and get a blood beta HCG level test and an ultrasound scan done to confirm/rule out pregnancy.
If no pregnancy is found, then get thoroughly investigated for any hormonal abnormalities which could be the reason for you not being able to conceive.
Take care.
