Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum.
Since the spermicide gels are available over-the-counter, you can just ask the pharmacist to give you one. The brand or the company names can vary from country to country and from region to region, but the ingredient in all of them remains the same. There can be antiviral or antibacterial component added to them along with the one that is the main and active ingredient responsible for the killing of sperms-alkylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol or nonoxynol-9 or benzalconium chloride. They can be used vaginally or in the condom before condom is applied over the penis.

Hope this helps. Take care.
