spasms with a splenic cyst

Is it common to have spasms with a splenic cyst, and be unable to keep food down?

Spasms can occur with splenic cyst though dyspepsia is unrelated. If the cyst has been growing in size at a progressive rate and the symptoms correlate with the growth, then aspiration can be helpful.
