last night my wife and I were making love. I had already ejaculated once during sex. however, we were still horny so i continued on. after a about half an hour, I felt like I was cumming and felt the strongest orgasim ever. she turned around to give me oral and sucked as I cam in her mouth. However right after I cam, she was still down there, I felt like I peed. She got up fast and I jumped also to look for the trash can in our room. She said my cum tasted sour and streamed out into her mouth. this has never once happened to me, i have also never felt that pleasured in my life befor cumming. Did I actually pee in her mouth even though I felt like i cam not more than 3 sec before right?

Hi, and thanks for your medical question on eHealth forum!

If you are really sexually excited you can repeatedly ejaculate. This could have happened in your case. The consistency and taste can differ between the two ejaculates. However, if a man is very excited, he can even pass urine after ejaculation. Again this too could have happened.

Just to relieve anxiety get a semen analysis done to rule out infection. If this repeats itself, consult an urologist. Hope this helps. Take care!
