Welcome to ehealthforum.
Your symptoms are suggestive of pregnancy (fatigue, breast soreness, nipple sensitivity, food cravings, increased sleep, hunger and tiredness, spotting).
Spotting can be due to pregnancy, hormonal issues, infection, ovarian cyst, uterine fibroids, polyps etc.
You should consider getting a thorough examination done by your gynecologist to confirm/rule out pregnancy. Request to get a blood beta HCG test to confirm pregnancy as urine tests are known to show false negative results due to less concentration of pregnancy hormone (HCG) in the urine.
Take care.
