Something in my right nipple

Teen and male
So there's something in my right nipple and I don't know what it is but here are my symptoms:

> tender to touch and whenever I pinch my nipple, I get like a crushed gummy bear or like clump of tissue build-up. When I touch and pinch my left and right nipples and compare it, my left nipple has no tissue like build-up or gummy bear feel while my right nipple feels different.
Also there is a dull pain whenever I touch it and even with the slightest contact with a surface with a little amount of pressure.

> no swollen stuff yet and no associated pain. Just my right nipple.

I don't know if it's a puberty thing or a tumor but I'm kinda scared. Also, I'm a hypochondriac. Help

Thank you for asking at Ehealth forum!

I read your question and i understand your concern. This is common in transition phase of puberty. Just take osme pain killers and wait and see. its normal physiological response.

I hope it helps. Stay in touch with your healthcare provider for further guidance as our answers are just for education and counselling purposes and cannot be an alternative to actual visit to a doctor.
