some other tips to make her happy?

I have a bipolar girl I mean she's not my girlfriend yet but we did dated before and I know how she is but I love her so much that every time we break up I miss her and she misses me too and this last Friday we started talking again I texted her saying I'm sorry for ignoring her she said it's OK and she started saying she misses me and just last night I told her that I could of bought her a Teddy bear but then I said sorry next year and she just got mad and said no I want one now I didn't had nothing not even the Teddy bear she s beautiful and she told me she changed and everything will be different but we have boring conversation and I try my best can you please help me on tips to chat with her longer and won't make the conversation boring and some other tips to make her happy?

You should first identify her likes and dislikes.
Talk more about her likes. Always appreciate her style of conversation,her dress and appearance.
