So how do you stop smoking?

Biggest concern regarding smoking: Health and health of others
Biggest obstacle to stopping: The enviroment in which literaly everybody smokes

I had a friend that stopped smoking for a month but when he got back he started smoking again and its obviously because of the ennviroment and because all of us smoke.

Thank you guys, silence treatment really helped me alot. I have stopped smoking ciagarets all together and am going to represent my country on olympics this year.

Stopping smoking isn't easy, but there are things you can do to improve your chances of success.
Here are some suggestions
1. Pick a quit date
2. Make a list
3. Support network
4. Stop smoking services
5. Nicotine replacement therapy
6. Start moving
7. Avoid trigger situations
8. Practise saying “no”
9. Treat yourself
