small water blisters have turned into sores

I had some small water blisters on my foreskin near the head and i bist them to remove the water now they have turned into sores like but they are not pain full. what could be the cause? and what can i do?

I read your question and I understand your concern. These blisters painful should not have been manipulated in first place. Also history of recent intimacies and Sexual encounters need to be addressed. Apply topical hydrocortisone and get assessed for STD profile. Also abstain from coitus for a while and see if it helps.
