Hello I am a 23 year old female. Just today while bathing I felt a small lump, smaller than a pea, fairly high up on the posterior vaginal wall. It is completely painless and there is no bleeding or discharge. It's worrying me. Previously I have been diagnosed with herpes. The only other abnormality I have experienced is pelvic pain, which I get sometimes after intercourse, is similar to menstrual pain, lasts for about five minutes and I seem to get it in the 7 -14 days leading up to my period. I don't know if any of these symptoms are connected??????
Please can you offer some advice.
