Hi,

Welcome to the ehealthforum and I am really glad to help you out. There is no medication for widening shoulders but high protein diet and regular gym training focussing on shoulder exercises may cause widening of shoulders. Examples of high-protein foods are tofu, dairy products, fish, and meat.

I suggest you to discuss it with your personal trainer.

I sincerely hope that helps. Take care.

You can try some exercises for that. Talk to some exercising expert, he will tell you which exercises will help you in widening your figure. Also take proper diets with that and put on some weight to look nice.
