Small Hurtful Bump for years

I've had this small bump on my thigh for years (about 3) it doesn't grow bigger, it doesn't drain. It's not a pimple. It's not an ingrown hair. I've tried to pop it and it doesn't pop or drain. It's painful if it's touched or brushed against
What could it be

Extremely eHealthy
It raised, irregular and I think that you should have your DR test it.

I have checked the photograph and it looks like a cyst or a small benign tumor.

However since it has been present for quite some time, it should be properly evaluated and biopsied to confirm the diagnosis. you should consult a dermatologist and get it checked.
